Bowen Chen

 

Bowen Chen received his Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2014, was a visiting Ph. D. student at The University of Texas at Dallas, Dallas, TX, USA, from September, 2012 to November, 2013, and joined the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Soochow University, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, as an associated professor in August, 2014. He focuses on flexible bandwidth optical networks, optical network survivability, virtual optical network, and software defined optical network and serves as the reviewers of some high level journals. More than 20 journal and conference papers have been published on IEEE/OSA JOCN, OFC, ICC, GLOBECOM, etc, and these contributions have been supported by 973 program, 863 program, NSFC, etc.
